Beach Demos (Free!) - Coming in Spring 2012
Come out and try the sport for the first time or even go for a test run on a one of our many demo boards. Throughout the spring and summer, we’ll have a wide range of boards including all-rounders, race, touring, inflatable and a fistful of paddles for you to try – And if you decide that you’d like to own your own, you’ll have the experience and knowledge to choose the right board the first time.

Cost: No charge
Details: Drop by the beach anytime during the demo then check out our shop across the street
What to Bring: Change of clothes, towel, sunscreen. Leave valuables at home or vehicle. Limited space at shop.

Wahine Wednesdays (SUP n’ Social)
Wahine Wednesdays are all about the Wahine’s and to celebrate, Kalavida hosts an evening of SUP and socializing on Kalamalka Lake.

* Vernon – Every Week!
Launching from Kal Beach, each week will include something a little different – it could be just a calm sunset paddle, a trip to Bishop’s Wild Bird Sanctuary, story telling, or maybe even a yoga move or two. Plus, each week you can try out a new board to see which one suits you best.

Register: At the shop or online. Pre-registration recommended
Cost: $25 – includes board rental / Free if you already have a board
Details: Arrive 15 minutes early to arrange your equipment
